Expensive Admission.

The saving of 4/- admission fee to the Army "Hall on the night of November 9 cost William Robert McMillan £2 and costs in the Magistrate’s Court before Mr. E. L. Walton, S.M., this morning. Charged with obtaining admission to the hall without paying the admission fee. McMillan, in a statement read to the' court, admitted that he had entered the hall through a lavatory window which had been opened by another man. Several other men also had entered the hall in this manner. Thomas Howard Young, custodian of the Army Hall gave evidence that he had seen McMillan getting into the hall through jthe window and had called a policeman.
