HANDICAP TENNIS
METROPOLITAN CLUB FIRST ROUND MATCHES The first round of the Metropolitan Tennis Club’s handicap event was played on the club's courts on Saturday afternoon under ideal weather conditions. There were large entries in all five events and some interesting matches were seen. In the men’s singles, men's doubles and combined doubles the game was played to 70 up with an advantage of two points, while in the ladies’ singles and doubles play was up to 60 points.
