BRITISH BY-ELECTIONS
LONDON, Dec. 6, Labour candidates won two by-clcc-lions to-day.
The Aberdare bye-election resulted: D - J 3 ’, Tl ir? s (Lab °ur). 24,215; Samuel Welsh (National), 7090; L. Hallinan (Conservative). 4140. The vacancy was caused by the elevation of Mr. G. H ' A, 1 j° th ?! P eer age. Mr. Hallinan lost his deposit.
