PUNJAB PRECAUTIONS LAHORE, March 24. Because of outbreaks of smallpox, cholera and cerebro-spinal fever in the area through which runs the Kalka-Simla railway, the Punjab Government has ordered the medical inspection of persons travelling to Simla.
