GAMING COMMISSION
ORDER OF REFERENCE (S.R.) WELLINGTON, March 25. The order of reference of (he Royal Commission on Gaming is brief, but it covers a wide field. It is as follows:
“To inquire into (a) the existing law relating to gaming; (b) the present administration and control of practices relating to and all other matters connected with racing; (c) generally ail other matters connected with racing and gaming arising in the course of the commission’s inquiries, the commission to make recommendations as to the changes, if any, considered desirable cither in (lie law or in administration and control.”
