Mr. A. Campbell Clarke, Dominion commissioner for Rover Scouts, is to arrive in Gisborne during the weekend. He will address a meeting of those interested in rover work on Monday evening. To-day Mr. Clarke is at V/airoa, where he is to take part in a ceremonial opening of a new scout hut, which the Wairoa scouts have secured alter much hard work as their permanent home. The ceremony today was also attended by Mr. L. Grey Barton, president of the East Coast Scout Council, Mr V. S. Caulton, county commissioner of the movement, and representatives of scout groups in this tetri'**
