ATTACK ON BRITISH POLICY ADMINISTRATION OF ZONE (10 a.m.) BERLIN, March 4. German Communists, who are holding their first conference since the end of the war, attacked the British Military Government's policy in the British zone. German speakers from the Ruhr and Hamburg alleged that .the administration protected industrialists like Krupp from trial as war criminals, did not allow the democratic parties to fight against Fascism, tried to foist on German workers the kind of trade unionism they did not want, and allowed war criminals to reorganise their businesses.
