UNO RECOMMENDATION (10 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 14. The United Nations’ Assembly passed a resolution recommending members of the United Nations forthwith to take nil the necessary measures to cause the arrest of war criminals for trial in countries in which ‘'their abominable rio-ds were done.”
