MORE R.A.F. STRIKES
AIRMEN IN INDIA MEN IDLE AT CAWNPORE (10 a.m.) CALCUTTA, Jan. 29. Another R.A.F. strike involving 400 airmen below the rank of sergeant started last night at the Kanchrapara assembly and repair base, 27 miles from Calcutta. Members of the R.A.F. stationed at Lahore struck yesterday morning. The strike of 5000 British and 1000 Indian airmen at Cawnpore, which is the largest in India, is continuing to-day.
