GERMANS TO HANG
WAR CRIMES IN RUSSIA THREE GENERALS INCLUDED (9 a.m.) MOSCOW. Jan. 29. Sixteen German officers and soldiers have been found guilty of war crimes in the Ukraine by a military tribunal sitting in Kiev. Twelve, including three generals, were sentenced to death by hanging, and the others to terms of penal servitude ranging from 15 to 20 years.
