Lack of Co-ordination
“This seems to be a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing,” declared Mr. H. H. Barker when the Cook Hospital Board yesterday was asked by the East Coast Regional Planning Council to supply particulars of the board’s projected works for 1946-47 and also the longterm programme. This was the thrid time they had been asked for this information. he said. The information required will be given after a special meeting to be held on February 4 to discuss a maternity building programme.
