Guilty of Serious Charge
On a charge of indecent assault on an 11-year-old schoolgirl, William Crawford, Tokata, pleaded guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court at Napier for sentence when he appeared before Messrs. J. H. Taplin and McNeil, J.Ps., in the Ruatoria Police Court last week.
