ATTITUDE TO DEFAULTERS (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Jan. 18. "It must not be inferred that the Wellington union has yet decided to take the action which Auckland has decided upon,” said the president of the Wellington Waterside Workers’ Union, Mr. E. Napier, yesterday,, referring to the Auckland decision to ask the Trades Council to conduct one-day strikes each week until the military defaulters are released.
