COMMISSION URGED (2.30 p.m.) THE HAGUE, Jan. 17. The Lower House in the Dutch Parliament passed by 49 votes to 30 a resolution inviting the Government to send a commission of members of both Chambers to the Netherlands East Indies, as the Chamber had. not sufficient information to form an independent conclusion regarding Dr. van Mook’s conduct.
