NEW YORK, Jan. 17.
The current labour militancy may develop into the greatest strike movement in United States history, said Mr. William Foster, national chairman of the Communist Party, speaking in Madison Square Garden. He predicted that the railway unions would soon join in the demands for increased wages, and expressed the opinion that there would be either a great victory or a serious defeat for the workers.
