(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Jan. 18. Slaughtermen at the Gear Meat Company's .'works at Petone did not resume work after the luncheon break yesterday and had not resumed late yesterday afternoon. It is understood "that the reason for their action was because they had nQ tobacco.
