RUSSIAN PROTEST
REPATRIATION SCHEME ; • BELGIUM CRITICISED [(9 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 17. , The Russian Ambassador to Brussels is reported to have delivered a protest to the Belgian Government against “the crude violation” of the Russo-Belgian repatriation agreement, says the Moscow radio. ' Belgium, it is claimed, promised to speed up repatriation. However, the Belgian Minister of Justice gave instructions that Russian citizens engaged in coalmines underground must not be repatriated, while other Russian nationals who had not registered with - the Belgian Government should be imprisoned.
