INTERESTED RATEPAYER.
Council’s Superannuation Nearly three hours of yesterday’s meeting of the Cook County Council were devo'ted to an in-committee debate on a superannuation scheme for the council’s employees. After the meeting it was stated to the Herald that the council had adopted a National Provident policy superannuation scheme. Mr. P. A. Crombie, Wellington, secretary of the National Provident Fund Board, was present at the meeting.
