RED CROSS APPEAL
RELIEF FOR HUNGARY INFANT DEATHS INCREASE LONDON, Jan. 15. The International Red Cross delegate at Budapest has urgently appealed, for assistance from welfare organisations throughout the world. The delegate stated that 30,000 small children have been abandoned without. help. The baby mortality rate had risen from 16 per cent last September to 50 per cent.
