DEATH IN HELSINKI

FINNISH EX-PREMIER HELSINKI, Jan. 15. The death is announced of M. Anders Hackzell, a 1 Finnish ex-Prime Minister, who suffered an apoplectic seizure while he was negotiating armistice terms with Russia in Moscow in September, 1944. M. Hackzell was Prime Minister for only two months and was partially paralysed after the seizure.
