VISCOUNTESS CLIVE CANBERRA CEREMONY ROYALTY IN ATTENDANCE (10 a.m.) CANBERRA, Oct. 25. For the first time in history Royalty attended a wedding: in Canberra yesterday afternoon when Viscountess Clive, lady-in-waitincr to the Duchess of Gloucester, was married to Brigadier Derek Schreiber, the Duke of Gloucester’s chief of staff.
