Seal Affixed
The seal of the Gisborne Borough Council was affixed last night to the deed for the community centre which has been approved by the council and other local bodies as a memorial project. The building is to be vested in trustees on behalf of the public, and in the event of the R.S.A. going out of existence the institution will revert to public ownership.
