BISMARCKS AND SOLOMONS A.I.F. TO ENTER RABAUL’ (10 a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 4. Messages from New Britain report that Australian troops are packing up to move into Rabaul after its formal surrender, probably on Thursday. The surrender ceremony, covering New Britain, New Ireland, New Guinea and the Solomons will take place on the British carrier Glory.
