CANADIANS FROM ITALY (9 a.m.) RUGBY, April 24 General Crerar announced that the First Canadian Corps, which has been serving in the Italian theatre since 1943, has been transferred to western Europe, joining the Canadian F'v-’t Army now in action within the 2’ Army Group.
