GENERAL ARNOLD ILL WASHINGTON, Feb. 7. General Arnold is ill through overwork. lie is now resting in an air force convalescent hospital for a month. The deputy connYiander, Licut.-Gencral Barney Giles, has taken over General Arnold’s duties.
