Ho said that any matters dealing with die internal economy and industrial organisation of eneh'eomitry were riot filPog subjects for discussion between the two Governments and this particular question of nationalisation of airlines in either of the two countries had never been the subject of an understanding or discussion between the two Governments. The points of agreement arrived at were confined entirely to the international and British Commonwealth aspects of aviation.
