PATERNITY CLAIM SEQUEL TO DEADLOCK (9 a.m. i HOLLYWOOD, Jan. 5. The actress Joan Barry’s lawyers have filed a motion for a new paternity suit. At present it. is not determined whether the actor and producer. Charles Chaplin, is to continue paying 75 dollars weekly lot the child's support, but Joan Barry's lawyers said that if this support is v. ithdrawn they will ask for a re-trial v. About delay.
