BRITISH ADMIRAL MISSING IN~TOST PLANE GO a.m.) RUGBY. Jan. 7. Admiral Sir Alfred Evans, the head of the naval technical mission in Ottawa, who was reported missing on December 30 in a flight in a Lancaster across the Atlantic, is now presumed to have lost his life.
