POLISH PROTEST
SOVIET RECOGNITION REGIME IN LUBLIN (10 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 7. The Polish Government to-day issued a statement that the official recognition of the Polish National Committee in Lublin as the Provisional Government by Russia directly violated tin? fundamental rights of tire Polish nation to possess a generally independent Slate, free of foreign intervention.
“It is infringment of the untrammelled rights of the Polish people to organise their internal existence as they sec fit,” it stated. “This action does not contribute to the strengthening of the solidarity of the United Nations.”
