MASSACRE OF BELGIANS ALLIED SHELLS BLAMED GO a.in.) LONDON, Jan. 7. An official German statement denying Hie allegations of the Allies that the Germans deliberately herded 135 men, women and children into the Town Hall at Hensdcn on November a, 1944, and then blew up the building, burying all the occupants, is quoted by the German News Agency. The statement asserted that heavy Allied shelling caused the disaster.
