Armnnd Nibotte. has received advice Hint a repatriation' agreement lias been concluded between Belgium and the Netherlands, each Government undertaking to welcome and repatriate each other's nationals who cross the frontiers voluntarily or under compulsion and to treat them a; their own nationals for lodging, food, and other services. Each country will admit repatriation missions reciprocally and provide facilities for visiting assembly camps.
