Work of Y.M.C.A.
A tribute to the work of the Y.M.C.A with the New Zealand Division in the Middle East, was paid by Corporal i. A. St. George, a repnlria led prisoner of war, who returned to Auckland on Sunday after If years overseas. The Y.M.C.A. secretaries went right up to the front line with their mobile canteens and did sterling work among the troops. ‘We don't see much of them behind the lines.” said Corporal St. George, ‘‘but up at the front they’re good.”
