COMMISSIONS WON
N.Z.E.F. OFFICER CADETS STUDIES IN BRITAIN LONDON, Jan. 2. Members of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force, who came to England from Italy to train for commissions, ore now studying in various military colleges. Several have now been granted their commissions and have attended graduation ceremonies. At Sandhurst, Cadet F. B. Ryan won the belt for his class for being the most outstanding cadet, while others who had also been commissioned were Cadets J. C. Gatcnbv and B. G. Falk. This graduation ceremony was attended by Major-General H K. Kippenberger, who was glad to meet again the men who served under him in Italy. At another ceremony attended by Lieutenant-Colonel I. N. McKay, who is assistant military liaison officer at the New Zealand ' Headquarters in London, the following received their commissions: Cadets T. S. King. N. (>. Tracey, J. Small. T. B. Basic, T. McManus, D. M. Haterly. A. G. Blair. K. G. Tennent. G. If. A Sutherland. A L. Stenhouse. C. Mclntosh. H. G. Greenhalgh, D. G. Powell, and R. L. Davidson.
