a m .) LONDON, Jan. 3. The former Republican ,p riw Minister of Spain. Senor Negrin,. who is now a political refugee in Britain was allowed to broadcast a message from London last night to a meeting in New York organised in support of the establishment of a democracy in Soain, says the Press Association’s diplomatic correspondent. Senor Negrin was informed that he was at liberty to send his message by cable.
