INCREASED SILVER PRICE
(9 d.m.) LONDON, Jan. 2. ' From to-day the price of silver is fixed at 2s lid per ounce for .999 fine, both cash and forward. (Previously the price was Is 11-LI for .925 fine.) The Ministry of Supply selling price for antimony metal (99 per cent purl tv) is now £lO5 and crude £9O petton, compared with £l2O and £IOO respectively previously.
