N.Z. Barrister-Miner
The The New Zealand barrister, Mr. John Platts Mills, is contesting the Finsbury seat at the next general election as a Labour candidate. Mr. Platts Mills, speaking at Edlington, near Doncaster, where he is at present a war-time colliery .worker, said he hoped to qualify as a miner, which he expected would take another two years.
