CHARGE OF MURDER
DEATH OF WOMAN (P.A.) NELSON, Dec. 0. A remand to the Magistrate’s Court in Wellington on December 12 was granted when Alan Stuart James appeared before justices on a charge of murdering Eleanor Mary Stuart James. Detective-Sergeant F. Hayhurst. in asking for a remand, indicated that the accused, who would be retained in custody in Wellington, would lie remanded back to Nelson when the police were ready to proceed with the case.
