FATHER FINDS BODY YOUTH CHARGED SYDNEY, Oct. 23. The body of Doris Winifred Shorney aged 20, of Lithgow, was found lying in long grass in the public park at 5.30 a.m. on Sunday by her father. She had been strangled. Later a youth Was attested and charged with murder. , The .girl’s father, Mr. F. Shorney, said that his daughter went to the pictures with a girl friend on Saturday night. He had been told that she left the. theatre ’at the interval but had returned.
