ITALY PROMPTLY AIDED (11 a.m.) RUGBY, Oct. 29. Italy was almost completely stripped ,of most of her medical supplies when the Germans looted the Institute Farmaceutuco Militare and carried off hundreds of tons of supplies. says a correspondent in Italy. Only the prompt action of the Allies in despatching hundreds of tons of supplies saved the people from a serious health crisis.
