PREPAREDNESS URGED COUNTERING INVASION (11 a.m.) LONDON,'JuIy To. Instructions to the Swedish people what to do in the event of an invasion were broadcast over the Swedish radio last night by a Government official, who said that civilians should report as fighting volunteers at the nearest military units. Civilians could also form partisan groups. “The population in a locality not occupied by the enemy can, on their own initiative, take up arms and fight the enemy, even if the population has not had time to organise partisan corps.” _______________
