Compulsory E.P.S. Parades
As a result of strong and continued agitation bv Cambridge residents for nn efficient body of civil defence workers, the district control committee of the Emergency Precautions Service has ordered that all members must parade for six hours each week, unless exemption is granted by a unit controller. -
