OUTPUT MAINTAINED INDUSTRY IN REAR (10 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 16. The Russian aircraft industry is producing more heavily than last year, said M. Yakovlev, deputy People's Commissar for Industry, in a message on the occasion of Air Force Day. He added that aircraft factories had been transferred to the rear beyor the reach of enemy planes.
