NAZI MOVE PREDICTED REJECTION ASSURED GO a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 16. Germany is banking on a compromise peace which she probably will propose this autumn, said the Polish Prime Minister, General Sikorski. He added that the Allies will categorically reject the proposals. General Sikorski expressed a hope that the negotiations going on in Moscow would harmonise the effortsof all the Allied Nations who thus far had been deprived of the benefits of a supreme joint command.
