Lightfoot,Division 2 Signals to Division 2 Guards; A. L. Beets, and R> Andrew, D. Company to Division 2 Guards. Pastings are: J. J. Walsh and C. E. Parsons, to B Company; F. A. ' Stevenson, to C Company. Missing £IOOO Bond When maleirig an explanation regarding the missing £IOOO bond entered into in regard to a Mangapapa sub-division mentioned at-Tuesday niglit is meeting, of the Gisborne Borough'Couriers, the'town cleric, Mr. W. M. Jenkins,-stated to-day that, it was highly probable that-the Gisborne Borough Council'WOver.'had possession of the bond at all. The bond was entered' irito at about, the -time the Manjgapapa Town Board ceased to function'.: The intention at the time was. to leave the roads in the subdivision unformed, but 'if, it became necessary,to form the roads the owners gave the Town .Board a bond of £IOOO as a contribiHitto t<s the‘'cost, ‘ ‘ !
