RELEASE IN NORWAY
arrested teachers (9 30 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 10. The Times’ correspondent in Stockholm says it is authoritatively reported that the majority of the 700 arrested Norwegian teachers have been released and allowed to resume school work without a declaration of loyalty to the Quisling regime. Their release will probably result in German military influence Which is increasing as the danger of an Allied invasion mounts, making an internal upheaval more inconvenient than ever.
