True Bills
True bills were returned in each of the indictments by the grand jury in the Supreme Court in Gisborne to-day. The accused were:—Tiri Tipuna, charged with negligently driving a motor-cycle causing bodily harm and failing to ston: James Arthur Third and Wallace Edwin Reeve, each charged with unlawful conversion of a car, negligent driving to cause bodily injury, and failing to stop; Thomas Patrick Bell, two charges of attempted murder.
