FESTIVAL CANCELLED
CITY COMPETITIONS (P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Wellington Competitions Society has announced the abandonment of the 1942 festival as it has been unable to secure alternative accommodation to the tdwn Hall which has been closed for earthquake repairs.
