MINIATURE RIFLE CLUB BOX FACTORY TROPHIES Members of the Gisborne Miniature Rifle, Club completed the first round for the Box Factory Trophies on Saturday evening, when there was a good attendance at the range. In the A Grade F. J. Jeune captured all the honours with a fine target of 99. The B Grade division provided exceptionally keen competition, although the scoring was Homewhat below the usual high standard. J. G. Sim headed the handicap list and W. S. Taylor won the ladder badge; All the honours in the Women’s Section were carried oil by Mrs. Sutcliffe, who registered the splendid score of 98. Mrs. Sutcliffe has maintained remarkable form in recent competitions and. has now substantially reduced Mrs. Sim's lead for the women's championship. Good scoring was again the feature of the Pistol Match, which resulted in a tie between J. E. Gardner and S; Forbes, who each returned totals of 28.
