CONTACT OF SABOTEURS FAILED TO REPORT <9.30 a.m.) NEW YORK. July 15. Anthony Cramer, one of the 14 persons arrested as an alleged contact jf the eight saboteurs who are on trial, was certified for work at the Brooklyn navy yard but never reported for duty, the Navy Department disclosed yesterday. The files showed that Cramer was classified as a shipvvright, passed the physical test, and lad his fingerprints taken. He was .nstructed to report on January 5, but ailed to appear.
