LICENSE EXEMPTION
MILK CARTAGE TRACTORS (P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. A transport emergency order gazetted last night extends the exemption from the licensing fee, which applies to farm tractors, to tractors used for the cartage of milk or whey to or from factories.
